About PatexiaPatexia is a legal and intellectual property platform focused on bringing more transparency, efficiency, and technology into the legal industry.We work across legal recruiting, expert services, and legal intelligence products, supporting law firms, attorneys, and IP professionals through a combination of data, research, and technology.We are looking for a Marketing Manager to support ongoing marketing and outreach initiatives across our products and service lines.The RoleFull-time role with US PT working hoursThis is a hands-on marketing role for someone who enjoys working across different initiatives and helping teams execute marketing and outreach efforts in a fast-moving environment.You will work closely with leadership, sales, recruiting, and product teams to support campaigns, messaging, lead generation, and marketing operations.You will be:Supporting email campaigns, newsletters, and outbound marketing efforts.Managing and improving marketing workflows and communication.Assisting with lead generation and audience-targeting initiatives.Creating content for campaigns, LinkedIn, webinars, and company updates.Coordinating with internal teams to keep messaging consistent.Monitoring campaign performance and identifying improvements.Executing the Head of Growth's playbook per unit across Connect and Lateral Compass.What We’re Looking ForAI-capable — you use modern tools to produce and ship more, faster.Reliable ownership and execution: things get done and stay consistent.Strong writing and an eye for what resonates with a legal audience.Nice to Have• Experience in legal tech, SaaS, recruiting, or professional services• Familiarity with B2B outbound or relationship-driven sales environments• Experience with CRM, email marketing, or marketing automation tools• Basic understanding of content marketing and campaign analyticsWhy Join• Opportunity to work closely with leadership and influence growing business initiatives• Exposure to legal tech, AI, recruiting, and IP-related markets• Flexible and collaborative work environment• Ability to grow together with a fast-evolving company
