Join PHC Franchised Restaurants Public Ltd and lead the marketing strategy for Pizza Hut, Burger King, wagamama and Jamie Oliver Kitchen across Greece.As the largest franchised restaurant group in Cyprus, PHC has over 120 restaurants, 2,400 employees and more than 35 years of growth behind some of the world's best-loved brands. As we continue to expand in Greece, we're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our local marketing team and help drive the next stage of our growth.Working closely with the Group CMO and senior leadership team, you'll be responsible for developing brand strategies, leading campaigns, growing a talented team of marketers and delivering commercial results across our portfolio.What you'll doLead the marketing strategy for all PHC brands in Greece.Inspire, coach and develop the Greece marketing team.Own the annual marketing calendar, campaigns and promotional plans.Deliver integrated campaigns across digital, CRM, social media, PR, partnerships and local store marketing.Lead new restaurant openings and product launches.Manage marketing budgets and agency partners.Work closely with international franchisors and internal stakeholders.Monitor performance, identify opportunities and turn insights into action.We're looking for someone whoHas 5+ years' marketing management experience, ideally in retail, hospitality or FMCG.Is a strong people leader who enjoys developing teams.Combines creativity with commercial thinking.Is comfortable making decisions using data and customer insights.Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.Speaks fluent Greek and English.Why join PHC?This is an opportunity to lead the marketing of four internationally recognised brands while joining a passionate regional marketing team across Cyprus and Greece.
