Marketing Manager

PuninWine is a leading alcohol distributor in Cyprus and the most popular wine boutique in Limassol, operating since 2012. We are looking for a proactive and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and develop marketing activities across our Wine & Spirits portfolio. This role offers the opportunity to shape and execute brand strategies, drive sales growth through B2B, offline, and online channels, strengthen the company’s market position, and build effective engagement with customers and business partners.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the company’s marketing strategy, including activity planning and budget managementManage digital marketing activities, including social media, content creation, advertising campaigns, and other digital channelsDevelop and strengthen the brand through positioning, visual identity, and marketing materialsOrganize wine tastings, client events, exhibitions, and other marketing initiativesDrive B2B marketing by launching joint campaigns and partnership projects with suppliers and business partnersCoordinate external vendors and oversee the production of marketing and promotional materialsAnalyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales performance, and prepare regular reportsRequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in a marketing roleExperience working with FMCG brands; experience in the Wine & Spirits category will be considered an advantageProven experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies across B2B and retail channelsStrong knowledge of digital marketing tools, including SEO, SMM, PPC, and Email MarketingExperience with CRM systems, analytics platforms, and marketing performance measurement toolsStrong analytical and project management skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsProfessional level of English, both written and spokenWhat We OfferOfficial employment Competitive salary Work schedule 5/2 21 day of paid annual leavePublic holidays according to the Cyprus Public holiday listCorporate discounts and eventsWork in a stable and growing company We appreciate your interest in joining our team and look forward to reviewing your application.
