Marketing Manager

Qalzy is looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to help drive our growth and build a standout brand in the nutrition and consumer tech space. This role is for someone creative, organized, proactive, and excited to work closely with founders in a fast-moving startup environment.About QalzyQalzy is building an AI-powered kitchen scale designed to make nutrition tracking smarter, easier, and more intuitive. We are an ambitious startup looking for a marketing manager who can turn ideas into execution and help push the company forward across multiple channels.Role overviewYou will take ownership of a wide range of marketing activities and help shape how Qalzy shows up online and in the market. You should be comfortable switching between strategy and execution, collaborating directly with founders, and using modern AI tools to work efficiently.Responsibilities• Create social media content across relevant platforms, including planning, writing, coordinating assets, and publishing.• Build and optimize email flows to improve onboarding, engagement, retention, and conversion.• Write blog posts, educational content, and guides that support SEO, product education, and brand credibility.• Work closely with the founders to develop and execute Qalzy’s overall marketing strategy.• Liaise with agencies, freelancers, and influencers to coordinate campaigns and partnerships.• Use AI tools comfortably to improve content creation, research, workflows, and marketing performance.Ideal candidate• Strong generalist marketing experience, ideally in startups, consumer products, wellness, health, food, or tech.• Excellent writing and communication skills.• Able to manage multiple projects at once and keep momentum without heavy oversight.• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.• Familiar with social media, email marketing, content marketing, influencer outreach, and campaign coordination.Curious, resourceful, and confident using AI-powered tools in day-to-day work.Salary Range:€20k - €26k per year gross
