You will drive user acquisition, shape a consistent brand presence across all channels and manage day-to-day social media and community efforts across all markets. You will work closely with senior management in order to turn the company vision into impactful campaigns, from ideation to execution.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeDrive company growth by acquiring users at the right Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)Plan and deploy marketing campaigns across organic and paid channels, content, PPC, social media and copywriting, owning the full cycle from ideation to executionMeasure and report on campaign performance, gaining insights and optimising for conversion, while managing budgets to ensure all efforts are delivered on time and within budgetBuild a consistent and engaging brand presence across all touchpoints, improving the company's online presence including the website and social media accountsWork closely with senior management to understand and communicate the company vision across all channelsManage the development and execution of marketing materials, digital, print, email and advertisingCreate, schedule and manage posts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedInManage community interactions by responding to comments, DMs and brand mentions, while monitoring trends, hashtags and competitor activity in the Greek marketSupport influencer outreach and brand collaboration initiativesWork closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate all marketing efforts and compile monthly performance reports covering reach, engagement, follower growth and campaign ROIOther tasks as assignedRequirementsWhat you will need: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related fieldAt least 4 years of experience in marketing, with hands-on experience in both social media and campaign managementProven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaignsStrong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decisions and optimise performanceExcellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek & EnglishExperience with digital marketing platforms and tools: social media management, email marketing, web analytics and paid acquisition (Meta Ads, Google Ads)Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Analytics and scheduling platforms (Buffer, Later, Hootsuite)Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independentlyStrong organisational and project management skillsBe up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketingPlease note that your application needs to be accompanied by your portfolio and/or your website link.BenefitsRe18 perks:Competitive compensation package ranging from €30,000 - €51,000 gross per annumAn exciting high-growth career trajectoryPrivate health insurance planPart of a youthful talented team striving for innovationReports to: CMO
