About the RoleJoin the dynamic client Alliance Marketing team as an experienced Marketing Contractor dedicated to our strategic partnership with Oracle. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact marketing initiatives that span clients’ diverse advisory and tax capabilities.In this role, you will be at the forefront of creating compelling content and executing integrated marketing campaigns designed to drive demand, generate leads, and enhance clients’ market presence in collaboration with Oracle.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Event ManagementLead the strategy, planning, and execution of in-person and virtual events.Manage all event workstreams from conception through post-event measurement and reporting.Demand & Lead GenerationDevelop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns.Utilize tactics such as content syndication, paid social media, and webcasts to attract and nurture qualified leads.Content Creation & ExecutionCreate and refine marketing assets with a focus on short-form content.Develop social media posts, email campaigns (invitations, follow-ups), and other promotional materials.Project ManagementManage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Ensure timely delivery of high-quality marketing campaigns and content.Navigate ambiguity with initiative and strong organizational skills.AI-Enhanced MarketingEffectively utilize AI tools as a "Human in the Loop" to improve marketing content and processes.Stakeholder CollaborationPartner with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve campaign objectives.Serve as a strong communicator and collaborative team player.Required QualificationsMinimum 5+ years of B2B Marketing experience.Experience working within a technology company, professional services firm, or similar environment.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Proven experience managing projects and delivering campaigns on schedule.Strong expertise in digital marketing and social media marketing.Excellent writing, grammar, and editing skills.Experience creating compelling short-form marketing content.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Positive, adaptable, and results-oriented mindset with the ability to learn quickly.Preferred QualificationsPartner / Alliance Marketing Experience (Highly Preferred)Previous experience supporting alliance or partner marketing initiatives.Experience marketing with strategic partners such as Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft, SAP, AWS, Google Cloud, or similar ecosystems.Marketing TechnologyExperience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, including:SalesforceMarketing CloudOptimizelySimilar marketing technology platforms________________________________________________________________________PrideGlobal and it's affiliates offers eligible employee's comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors.Equal Employment OpportunityPrideGlobal and it's affiliates are an equal opportunity employer.
