Marketing Manager

Seeking a B2B Marketing Contractor to support its strategic partnership with Oracle. The role focuses on driving alliance marketing initiatives, demand generation, events, and content development to generate leads and strengthen market presence.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute partner/alliance marketing campaigns with OraclePlan and manage virtual and in-person events end-to-endRun B2B demand generation campaigns (email, paid social, webinars, content syndication)Create marketing content (emails, social posts, event copy, landing pages)Manage multiple projects and ensure on-time deliveryCollaborate with internal stakeholders and business teamsUse CRM/marketing tools for tracking, reporting, and campaign executionSupport AI-enabled marketing initiativesRequirements5+ years in B2B marketing (tech or professional services preferred)Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fieldStrong experience in digital marketing, campaigns, and eventsExcellent writing and content creation skillsStrong project management and stakeholder coordination skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience with CRM/marketing tools (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, etc. – plus)Experience in partner/alliance marketing is highly preferred*** Pay Range- $50-$52.00/hourBenefits InfoRussell Tobin offers eligible employee’s comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors.
