Marketing Manager
Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to own and optimize our email marketing and marketing automation initiatives through HubSpot. This role will be responsible for end-to-end campaign execution, platform management, workflow optimization, reporting, and operational excellence across marketing programs.The ideal candidate is a hands-on HubSpot expert who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can balance execution, analytics, and process optimization while ensuring flawless campaign delivery.This is an individual contributor role with end-to-end ownership of marketing operations and HubSpot execution.Key ResponsibilitiesEmail Marketing & Campaign ExecutionExecute and manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns within HubSpotBuild, test, schedule, and launch marketing emails, nurture streams, and automated workflowsManage audience segmentation, personalization, suppression lists, and campaign targetingConduct A/B testing to improve campaign engagement and conversion performanceEnsure all campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with brand standardsHubSpot & Marketing Automation ManagementOwn day-to-day HubSpot operations, including workflows, forms, lists, automation, and campaign setupMonitor and troubleshoot platform issues, automation failures, sync errors, and campaign delivery problemsMaintain data hygiene and ensure CRM/database integrity across systemsCollaborate with Salesforce and other integrated platforms to ensure seamless marketing operationsIdentify opportunities to improve automation efficiency and scalabilityReporting & AnalyticsDevelop and maintain campaign performance dashboards and reportingAnalyze email marketing KPIs including deliverability, open rates, CTR, conversion rates, and pipeline impactProvide actionable insights and optimization recommendations based on campaign performanceSupport leadership with recurring reporting and marketing performance analysisCross-Functional CollaborationPartner closely with content, creative, digital, analytics, and sales teams to execute campaigns effectivelyCoordinate campaign timelines, approvals, testing, and stakeholder communicationSupport broader marketing initiatives and operational process improvementsRequirements 5 years of experience in marketing operations and managing marketing automation tools 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing HubSpot, specifically focused on email marketing and marketing automation Strong experience building workflows, nurture journeys, segmentation strategies, and automated campaigns Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and performance optimization Exceptional attention to detail and strong QA/testing capabilities Experience with CRM systems and integrations, preferably Salesforce Understanding of email deliverability best practices and marketing operations processes Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager (GTM) is a plus Exposure to B2B marketing environments and lead generation programs is preferredWhat Success Looks Like Consistent, high-quality, error-free campaign execution Efficient and scalable marketing automation processes Improved engagement and conversion performance across email programs Reliable reporting and actionable marketing insights Strong operational ownership of HubSpot and campaign workflowsIdeal CandidateA proactive and execution-focused marketing operations professional who combines strong HubSpot expertise with analytical thinking and operational excellence.
