We are a growing team that moves quickly, thinks creatively, and cares deeply about building a brand that customers love.As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Marketing Manager to help lead our marketing strategy and execution across multiple channels.The RoleThe Marketing Manager will be a strategic and hands-on marketing leader responsible for driving brand growth, customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue across Sleepyhead's marketing channels.This role is ideal for someone who understands the modern B2C marketing landscape and knows how to turn creative ideas into measurable results. You will work closely with our leadership team and collaborate across influencer, social, email/SMS, paid media, affiliate, creative, and e-commerce functions to ensure our marketing efforts work together as one cohesive strategy.We're looking for someone who can both think strategically and execute—someone who can develop the plan, manage the team and partners bringing it to life, and ultimately own the results.What You'll DoMarketing Strategy & LeadershipDevelop and execute integrated marketing strategies that support company revenue and growth goals.Own marketing initiatives from strategy through execution, measurement, and optimization.Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and overall brand growth.Stay ahead of trends across social media, influencer marketing, e-commerce, and digital marketing.Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to align marketing strategy with broader business objectives.Influencer & Brand PartnershipsDevelop and oversee Sleepyhead's influencer marketing strategy.Identify, recruit, negotiate with, and manage high-performing influencers and content creators.Build long-term brand partnerships that increase awareness, engagement, and revenue.Evaluate campaign performance and continuously optimize partnerships based on ROI.Leverage influencer-generated content across paid, organic, email, website, and other marketing channels.Social & ContentLead the strategic direction of organic social media across platforms including Instagram and TikTok.Partner with the creative and social teams to develop compelling, on-brand content.Help build a consistent content strategy that strengthens Sleepyhead's brand identity.Identify opportunities to leverage UGC and social trends to increase reach and conversion.Email & SMSOversee email and SMS marketing strategy in partnership with the appropriate channel managers.Develop campaigns that support product launches, promotions, retention, and customer engagement.Ensure email/SMS strategy is integrated with influencer, paid media, social, and e-commerce initiatives.Analyze performance and continuously optimize campaigns.Affiliate & Digital MarketingWork with affiliate and partnership teams to identify opportunities for growth.Collaborate with paid media and e-commerce teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned.Analyze channel performance and identify opportunities to improve ROI.Help develop and execute promotional and seasonal marketing campaigns.Team & Project ManagementLead and coordinate cross-functional marketing initiatives across internal teams and external partners.Establish priorities, timelines, and accountability to ensure projects are completed on time.Work closely with designers, copywriters, paid media specialists, social, influencer, affiliate, and e-commerce teams.Ensure marketing initiatives are executed with consistency, speed, and attention to detail.What We're Looking For5+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, influencer marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.Experience in a B2C, DTC, or e-commerce environment strongly preferred.Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies.Strong understanding of influencer marketing, social media, email/SMS, affiliate marketing, and digital acquisition.Experience negotiating and managing influencer or brand partnerships.Strong project and cross-functional team management skills.Highly analytical with the ability to use data to make marketing decisions.Strong communication and presentation skills.Creative thinker who can identify opportunities and turn ideas into action.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where priorities can move quickly.Ability to balance big-picture strategy with hands-on execution.Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Postscript, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok, or similar platforms is a plus.The Ideal CandidateYou are a strategic marketer who is also a doer.
