Team members gain exposure to a dynamic portfolio and emerging trends across tech and media, while contributing to data-driven investment and growth strategies.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a versatile, strategic, and growth-minded Marketing Manager to elevate our firm’s digital presence and support marketing initiatives across our evolving ecosystem. In this role, you will lead B2B and brand marketing efforts that communicate our investment thesis, highlight our portfolio successes, and expand our reach within the startup community. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the tech, SaaS, or venture capital landscape and a proven track record of managing multi-channel B2B marketing initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesB2B Strategy & Execution: Drive comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital, email, web, and social media channels to engage founders, partners, and investors.Portfolio Amplification: Collaborate with early-stage portfolio founders to tell their stories, draft compelling press releases, and highlight case studies of digital transformation.Content & Brand Voice: Own the creation of high-impact marketing collateral, newsletters, and thought-leadership pieces focused on SMB marketing, FinTech, and Vertical SaaS trends.Lead Generation & Event Marketing: Organize and promote industry networking events, webinars, and founder roundtables to solidify our presence in the NYC ecosystem.Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics (ROI, conversion rates, audience growth) to continuously optimize our communication channels.What You BringExperience: 3–5+ years of dedicated marketing experience, ideally within Venture Capital, Private Equity, SaaS, or a B2B tech environment.Domain Knowledge: A strong familiarity with early-stage startups, FinTech, digital advertising, or localized small-business software solutions.Content Prowess: Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn complex market insights into crisp, engaging content.Tool Proficiency: Experience utilizing modern marketing stacks (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).Agility: A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to wear multiple hats and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
