DescriptionWe are seeking a Digital Marketing Campaign Manager to support digital advertising initiatives with a leading global technology company. In this role, you will manage programmatic advertising campaigns, analyze campaign performance, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize results.You'll have the opportunity to support digital advertising campaigns for two of the company's most recognizable and well-established brands, contributing to high-visibility marketing initiatives with broad customer reach. This role offers the chance to work on impactful campaigns, collaborate across multiple teams, and help drive the success of industry-leading brands through data-driven campaign optimization.This position is ideal for someone with experience in DSP platforms, digital campaign management, and performance reporting who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesDrive marketing campaigns supporting two internal business lines within the Direct Access program.Partner directly with internal stakeholders to plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns using a Demand-Side Platform (DSP).Review campaign performance reports, analyze key metrics including click-through rate (CTR), impressions, frequency, and incrementality metrics, and provide reporting, insights, and recommendations.Communicate campaign performance and respond to stakeholder questions, escalating platform or technical issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.Provide feedback on DSP issues, troubleshooting, and Voice of Customer (VoC) insights to support ongoing product improvements.Compile, analyze, and present campaign performance metrics using Excel, Tableau, and Microsoft Office tools to identify opportunities for campaign optimization.Partner cross-functionally with internal teams, including supply and publisher partners, to support campaign execution and program success.Work effectively across organizational boundaries to prioritize work and deliver results in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.Required QualificationsExperience with DSPs, programmatic advertising, or digital marketing campaign management.Experience analyzing campaign performance metrics and reporting using Excel, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to provide data-driven recommendations to internal partners.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting programmatic publisher or private marketplace (PMP/PG) deals in partnership with supply or publisher teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively identify gaps and recommend solutions.
