Cross-Functional CoordinationServe as the key link between the North America go-to-market team and centralized marketing, brand, creative, social, and web resources.Create clear briefs and coordinate the production of campaigns, content, digital assets, sales materials, and web experiences.Ensure that regional initiatives remain aligned with the wider brand while meeting the specific needs of the US market.Establish an effective operating rhythm to keep projects moving quickly and consistently.5. Content and Market CredibilityBuild a repeatable content engine using benchmark data, technical insights, webinars, customer success stories, and market trends.Repurpose core content into multiple formats across social media, campaigns, sales enablement, events, and digital channels.Develop credible thought leadership that resonates with developers, engineering leaders, and business decision-makers.Support the sales team with messaging and materials that strengthen customer trust.RequirementsAt least 5 years of B2B marketing experience, including demand generation, field marketing, and events.Previous experience building marketing programs from the ground up within an early-stage, high-growth, or rapidly evolving company.Ability to move comfortably between strategy and hands-on execution.Strong collaboration skills and experience working closely with founders, general managers, revenue leaders, or sales teams.Excellent project-management and event-execution capabilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.A data-driven mindset, with experience defining metrics and reporting on pipeline contribution and commercial outcomes.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to simplify complex technical products and communicate their value clearly to sophisticated buyers.Experience coordinating centralized or cross-functional resources rather than relying solely on a dedicated local team.Willingness to travel within the United States for conferences, events, customer meetings, and partner activities.Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity with the AI infrastructure, AI inference, cloud, or machine-learning ecosystem.Existing knowledge of relevant AI model providers, technology partners, and industry communities.Experience marketing managed inference, AI/ML infrastructure, cloud platforms, developer tools, or other highly technical products.Experience engaging technical audiences, including developers, engineering leaders, infrastructure teams, and technology executives.Experience marketing to mid-sized or enterprise customers.Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar tools.Experience using AI-enabled marketing tools and workflows.Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where processes and playbooks are still being developed.
