You will act as the strategic architect for our College & Professional Business Unit, focusing on driving renewal revenue and Hudl Pro Suite expansion.As a Marketing Manager II, You’llLead and coach a team of marketing managers, raising the performance floor of U.S. marketing output through high-level strategic mentorship and goal setting.Maintain strategic oversight, ensuring brand consistency and enterprise-grade value articulation across all NCAA and NFL touchpoints, specifically for College & Professional products.Design the ABM engine, overseeing the design of the U.S. Account-Based Marketing engine, providing the framework for your team to engage high-value accounts and protect our critical U.S. revenue base.Drive strategy and alignment, sitting alongside U.S. Sales VPs and product heads at Lincoln HQ, synthesizing data to recommend strategic trade-offs and ensuring marketing efforts align with the company's strategic goals.Ensure ROI, evaluating collective U.S. marketing spend to maximize budget ROI on high-priority accounts and identify operational efficiencies to scale U.S. retention efforts.This role requires a collaborative, strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset, capable of working closely with sales and product teams to achieve business objectives.Qualifications5–8 years of marketing experience, including 1–2 years leading a team.Strategic thinker capable of leading a team toward a unified vision.Executive presence, comfortable interacting with Sales VPs to shape market framing and competitive response.Analytical mindset, able to analyze market reports and revenue targets to guide team prioritization.Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or a related discipline.Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time for national conferences.ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of marketing managers, fostering a high-performance environment focused on strategic excellence.Develop and oversee strategic marketing initiatives aligned with business goals for the U.S. market.Ensure consistency in brand messaging and value communication across all NCAA and NFL engagement points.Design and implement the U.S. Account-Based Marketing engine to target high-value accounts effectively.Collaborate with U.S. Sales VPs and product leaders to align marketing strategies with sales and product development objectives.Analyze market data, revenue targets, and campaign performance to inform strategic decisions and optimize ROI.Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize impact on key accounts and retention efforts.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support product launches, campaigns, and strategic initiatives.BenefitsFlexible vacation time, company-wide holidays, and meeting-free days to promote work-life balance.Remote work options supported by a comprehensive tech stack and hardware provisions.Lifelong learning resources and professional development opportunities to support career growth.Support for mental and physical health through Employee Assistance Programs, employee resource groups, and fitness partnerships.Comprehensive medical insurance, including vision, dental, fertility healthcare, and family benefits.401(K) plan with up to 4% company match to assist with long-term financial planning.An inclusive, open, and honest company culture that encourages innovation and ownership of work.Equal OpportunityHudl is an equal-opportunity employer.
