In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing multi-channel customer journeys across email, SMS, push notifications, and ringless voicemail. Your efforts will focus on increasing customer engagement, reactivation, loan funding, and revenue growth through data-driven, personalized marketing initiatives.You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Analytics, Creative, and Product Marketing to define requirements, develop audience segmentation strategies, and deliver scalable lifecycle campaigns. Your expertise will help develop AI-powered personalization and decisioning strategies, ensuring that campaigns are highly targeted and effective. Additionally, you will analyze campaign performance, forecast business impact, and continuously optimize journeys to improve customer experience and business outcomes.This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence customer retention and growth, leveraging innovative marketing automation tools such as Iterable and advanced analytics.
