We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager, Platform in United States.This role sits at the intersection of product marketing, education, and user engagement, focused on driving adoption and deepening engagement across a widely used K-12 digital learning platform.You will help shape how educators discover, understand, and use platform tools by creating compelling messaging, campaigns, and content that resonate with teachers and school leaders.Working in a mission-driven and fast-paced environment, you will collaborate closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to translate product updates into clear value for users.The role blends storytelling, content creation, and community engagement to nurture early interest and strengthen long-term adoption.You will also contribute to events, email marketing, and sales enablement initiatives that support growth across the educator user base.This position is ideal for a marketer who is passionate about education and energized by turning complex products into simple, impactful narratives.AccountabilitiesSupport execution of the platform marketing strategy by creating compelling assets such as flyers, posters, emails, and digital marketing collateral.Write clear, engaging copy aligned with product positioning and messaging to support adoption and user engagement.Promote new platform features and updates in collaboration with product managers and cross-functional stakeholders.Plan and support community engagement initiatives, including contests, events, and user-focused activations.Organize and host events for educators, influencers, and decision-makers to strengthen platform adoption and loyalty.Support sales enablement efforts by contributing to training materials and internal communication resources.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve engagement, optimize the demand funnel, and strengthen user retention.Gather user feedback and advocate for customer needs to inform product and marketing improvements.Requirements3+ years of experience in marketing, education, edtech, or a related field.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex product concepts.Excellent organizational and project management abilities in fast-paced environments.Experience creating marketing content and campaigns, ideally in digital or education-focused settings.Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing stakeholders.Comfortable working in a self-directed, agile environment with shifting priorities.Nice to have: familiarity with K-12 education platforms, experience analyzing marketing data, video editing skills, or experience in DTC-style campaign creation.BenefitsCompetitive annual salary range of $82,000 - $85,000 USD.Eligibility for annual discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance.Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and mental health coverage.401(k) retirement plan and employer contributions.Paid time off, parental leave, and paid holidays.Access to learning and professional development programs.Remote-first work environment with opportunities for collaboration and in-person engagement when needed.Inclusive workplace culture focused on creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.How Jobgether WorksWe use an AI-powered matching process to ensure your application is reviewed quickly, objectively, and fairly against the role's core requirements.
