Achieving that responsibly requires a dependable marketing operating system aligned with sales capacity, recruiting, production, and customer experience.We are creating a new Marketing Operations Manager position to help build that system.The OpportunityThis is not a social-media-only position, and it is not a role for someone who wants to manage vendors without owning results.We are looking for a hands-on marketing operator who can translate ambitious growth goals into an organized, measurable demand-generation system.You will work directly with the owner and company leadership to connect business goals, marketing campaigns, sales opportunities, production capacity, and revenue reporting.Your central objective will be clear:Build and manage a predictable flow of qualified HVAC and electrical opportunities that supports Gold Shield’s growth from approximately $2 million to $5 million in annual revenue—without overwhelming sales or production capacity.What You Will OwnDevelop and manage Gold Shield’s annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plansTranslate revenue targets into required lead, appointment, estimate, and sales targetsBuild a marketing scorecard connecting source, lead, appointment, estimate, sold job, revenue, gross profit, and return on investmentCoordinate marketing volume with sales, recruiting, and production capacityBuild campaigns supporting residential HVAC replacements, electrical installations, service, maintenance, and selected commercial opportunitiesDevelop lead-capture, qualification, booking, nurturing, reactivation, referral, and retention systemsMaintain marketing workflows, pipelines, forms, calendars, email, and SMS automation in GoHighLevelUse ServiceTitan data to evaluate lead sources, booking rates, close rates, sold revenue, customer value, and capacity utilizationCoordinate the website, local SEO, Google Business Profile, paid search, Local Services Ads, reviews, email, SMS, social media, referrals, partnerships, and community marketingHelp develop the employer brand and recruiting campaigns needed to support operational growthManage agencies, freelancers, media partners, and other marketing vendorsOrganize campaigns, content, creative assets, budgets, deadlines, approvals, and reportingDocument marketing processes so the system can be understood, improved, and eventually operated by a larger teamReport results, constraints, insights, and recommended actions directly to leadershipWhat Success Looks LikeWithin the first 90 days, you will have:Audited existing marketing channels, each priority service lineCreated one campaign operating system and one executive marketing scorecardMapped the customer journey from first contact through sold work and retentionLaunched and measured focused campaigns for priority HVAC and electrical servicesImproved visibility into lead quality, booking rates, estimate outcomes, sold revenue, gross profit, and marketing returnEstablished a practical two-year marketing roadmap supporting the $5 million growth goalLonger term, success means:Priority production schedules remain filled approximately three weeks aheadMarketing volume adjusts intelligently as crews and sales capacity changeGold Shield has a predictable flow of qualified sales opportunitiesMarketing supports the hiring and productive ramp-up of a dedicated salespersonCustomer acquisition does not depend on one channel, agency, season, or individualLeadership can see which sources and campaigns produce profitable workMarketing decisions are based on revenue, gross profit, capacity, and customer value—not impressions or raw lead volumeThe marketing function can scale as Gold Shield adds people, crews, services, and locationsRequired CapabilitiesExperience managing measurable lead-generation, growth-marketing, or marketing-operations programsAbility to translate revenue objectives into funnel and campaign requirementsStrong understanding of CRM systems, pipelines, attribution, automation, and reportingExperience with paid search, local SEO, websites, email/SMS, reputation management, and conversion improvementAbility to manage multiple channels and vendors through one coordinated operating planStrong analytical, project-management, and documentation skillsComfort working directly with an owner and leadership team in
