Your responsibilities
- Plan, manage and execute marketing projects and campaigns to support MU brand positioning and drive student enrollment.
- Coordinate and implement event-related marketing activities, including on-campus and external events.
- Act as a key marketing contact for corporate partners and collaborators, ensuring strong brand alignment and supporting joint initiatives.
- Manage and optimize MU’s presence on third-party platforms and education directories.
- Support the promotion and visibility of academic projects through marketing channels.
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis (local, regional, global)
- Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance and KPIs.
- Oversee the creation and coordination of marketing materials and assets.
- Support the management and content updates of the MU Online Shop (e.g., product descriptions, visuals, pricing) as needed.
Your profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (at C-level) are a must
- Relevant work experience, preferably in higher education or familiarity with a university environment
- Experience in marketing, digital marketing, project management and communications
- Strong organizational skills, proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and multitask
- Hands-on experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign) for creating and editing high-quality visual assets.
- Proven experience in designing and continuously updating online marketing materials, including social media graphics, newsletters, landing pages and digital campaigns.
- Proactive, agile and engaged attitude
- Effective planning and time management skills
- IT affinity and excellent knowledge of MS office
- Valid work permit in Austria
