Marketing Specialist – ASPM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to support and execute marketing initiatives for our Property & Facilities Management division. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, campaign management, content creation, and market research, with a strong ability to drive brand visibility and business growth.

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

• 4–6 years of marketing experience (Facilities Management / Property / Real Estate preferred)

• Strong digital marketing and content creation skills

• Experience with Canva, Mailchimp, and social media tools

• Good communication, organization, and multitasking abilities

• Proficient in MS Office

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute digital and offline marketing campaigns

• Manage social media, website content, and online presence

• Create marketing materials (brochures, presentations, promotional content)

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis

• Track campaign performance and suggest improvements

• Ensure brand consistency across all channels

• Support events, exhibitions, and promotional activities

• Coordinate with Sales, BD, and Operations teams
