Marketing Specialist

What will your day look like?Prepares, creates and plans social media content on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.;Prepares evaluations of social media statistics along with execution and comes up with further action steps for improvement;Is able to come up with “out of box” social media campaigns or propositions which will lead to generation of profit and building of brand awareness;Is able to fulfill copywriting tasks connected with the preparation of marketing campaigns;Proactively suggests and implements new features and ideas to develop brand awareness, social media presence, communication and company growth;Actively works with all available data and adjusts social media and marketing campaign preparation according to them;Stays up-to-date with current technologies and helps identify social media and marketing trends and key opportunities.What are we looking for?3+ years of experience in marketing or/also as social media manager;Fluent in English, Croatian or/and Slovenian language; knowledge of Bosnian and Serbian languages are a plus;Demonstrated capabilities in social media, communications, marketing strategy, and ability to maintain a fast-paced, independent workflow;Strong copywriting and editing skills suitable for each platform;Able to prepare evaluations of campaigns independently;Drive for new ideas and creative thinking;Able to balance data-driven decision-making and communications with strong empathy for the customer;Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.______________________________________________________________Start ASAPFull-timeThis position is only available for mandate contract (freelancer).Freelance contract / Hourly salary 11 EUR - 15,60 EURSlovenia (Remote)
