Marketing & Distribution ManagerWe are partnering with a well-established European financial services organisation seeking to appoint a Marketing & Distribution Manager into their Dublin team.This is a genuinely strategic role sitting at the intersection of product, marketing, and commercial delivery, with a European remit. You’ll play a key role in shaping product strategy, supporting distribution channels, and driving commercial growth across multiple markets.The OpportunityThis position offers a blend of market insight, product innovation, and commercial execution. You’ll work closely with internal sales teams and external partners to enhance product offerings, improve go-to-market strategies, and deliver impactful marketing support.The role has a strong European focus, with exposure across multiple markets and stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesMarket & Customer InsightDevelop a deep understanding of target markets, customer needs, and competitive dynamicsConduct market analysis, benchmarking, and partner engagement workshopsProduce insights and reporting to inform strategic decision-makingProduct Innovation & DevelopmentContribute to the design and execution of product innovation roadmapsSupport end-to-end product development, working cross-functionally with actuarial, legal, and operations teamsLead feasibility assessments and bring new product ideas through to implementationDistribution & Commercial SupportDesign and deliver marketing and sales support materials for partnersDevelop training programmes, campaigns, and engagement initiativesMeasure effectiveness of campaigns and optimise based on performance metricsCommercial & Marketing CollateralBuild high-quality corporate presentations and client-facing pitch materialsSupport sales teams in driving new business and strengthening partner relationshipsAbout You5–10 years’ experience in marketing, product, or commercial roles within financial servicesBackground in insurance, bancassurance, retail banking, or consumer finance is highly desirableStrong experience in product development and value proposition designCommercially minded with the ability to translate insight into actionConfident engaging with senior stakeholders across multiple functionsExcellent communication and presentation skillsAdditional European languages (German or French) are a plus but not essentialWhy Consider This Role?Broad, strategic remit across multiple European marketsStrong exposure to product innovation and commercial strategyCollaborative, well-established organisation with a strong cultureOpportunity to make a tangible impact on growth and product directionInterested?If this sounds like something you’d like to explore, feel free to apply directly a we can arrange confidential conversation.
