It’s a rare opportunity to do meaningful, high-impact work for ambitious global technology brands while being part of a tight-knit international team with strong Bulgarian roots.Role DescriptionOwn paid media strategy across LinkedIn, Google, Display platforms and other social and performance channels for B2B tech and SaaS accounts, aligning programs with client ICPs and growth targets.Design campaigns that create, capture, and convert demand, integrating with clients’ demand generation and content engines.Build audience strategy using ICP definitions, firmographic and behavioral data, and platform-native targeting (e.g., LinkedIn’s data graph and predictive audiences) to improve lead quality and CPL.Set up, QA, and optimize tracking and conversion infrastructure (pixels, first‑party tracking, CRM integrations, GTM, etc.) in partnership with analytics specialists.Continuously optimize bids, budgets, creative, and landing experiences to decrease CPMs, improve CTRs, and increase qualified lead volume.Build reporting that ties ad spend to pipeline and revenue, using CRM and marketing automation data to measure SQLs, opportunities, and ROI.Translate performance insights into clear recommendations for CMO, VP Marketing, and Revenue leaders at B2B tech clients.Stay ahead of platform changes (e.g., AI search surfaces, LinkedIn features, tracking/privacy shifts) and proactively evolve the paid media playbook.Qualifications4+ years managing paid media for B2B technology or SaaS companies (agency or in‑house; agency preferred).Deep hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic Display Ads and Google Ads for high-ACV, multi-stakeholder B2B sales cycles. Reddit Ads experience a bonusStrong familiarity with CRMs and MAPs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo) and how paid media data flows into them for lead routing and attribution.Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) or similar web analytics platforms.Proven track record of reducing CPL and improving lead quality through structured testing and optimization.Experience collaborating with content and SEO teams to align messaging, keyword strategy, and full-funnel measurement.Comfortable working with data: building dashboards, interpreting trends, and presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
