If you live and breathe social media — from big-picture strategy to daily execution, and you know your way around both AI-powered tools and traditional creative software — we'd love to meet you.WHAT YOU'LL DODevelop and own social media strategies aligned with each client's brand goals and target audiencePlan, create, and schedule high-quality content across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and XManage day-to-day implementation — publishing, community management, and real-time engagementProduce and edit short-form video content for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts using both AI tools and traditional softwareDesign and edit static and animated images for posts, stories, and ads using AI image tools and traditional toolsBuild monthly content calendars and maintain consistent brand voice across platformsTrack KPIs, analyze performance data, and deliver clear reporting with actionable insightsStay ahead of platform trends, algorithm updates, and emerging AI creative toolsWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR2+ years of social media management experience, ideally within an agency environmentProven ability to develop strategy, create content, and execute — end to endStrong copywriting skills and a sharp creative eyeHands-on experience with video editing — both AI-assisted and traditionalProficiency in image editing using traditional tools and AI toolsExperience with social scheduling toolsAnalytical mindset — comfortable pulling platform analytics and translating data into strategySelf-starter who can manage multiple clients and deadlines without hand-holdingBased in the Los Angeles area — occasional in-office or client meetings requiredBONUS POINTSExperience with paid social (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads)Motion graphics or animation experience (After Effects)A portfolio or examples of accounts and visual content you've producedTHE DETAILS📍 Los Angeles, CA — Hybrid🕐 Part-time, ~20 hrs/week (flexible schedule)💼 Contract or W-2 — open to discussionTo apply, send your resume, a brief note about a social media campaign you're proud of, and links to accounts or visual content you've produced to.We review applications on a rolling basis — don't wait!
