BettingJobs are working with a multi-brand casino operator who are looking to add a Performance Marketing Manager to their team. You should be experienced in the Australian market.Our client are building their own internal paid acquisition capability to complement their affiliate, SEO and influencer channels. This role will own the company’s paid acquisition strategy across all advertising platforms and build a scalable, data-driven acquisition engine focused on profitable player growth.Key Responsibilities:Paid Acquisition:Plan, launch and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google, Native, Display and emerging advertising platforms.Manage acquisition budgets across multiple brands.Continuously test audiences, creatives, bidding strategies and landing pages.Scale profitable campaigns.Identify new acquisition opportunities.Performance & Analytics:Monitor CPA, CAC, LTV, NGR and ROAS.Analyse campaign performance.Recommend budget allocation.Improve attribution with the BI team.Produce weekly and monthly reports.Landing Pages & CRO:Improve landing page conversion rates.Run structured A/B tests.Optimise Registration → Deposit conversion.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with SEO, Affiliates, CRM and Influencer teams.Compare in-house acquisition performance against affiliate acquisition.Recommend the optimal acquisition mix.Key KPIs:CPAROASFTD VolumeRegistration-to-Deposit ConversionEffective CPALTV: CAC RatioBudget EfficiencyEssential Requirements:4+ years managing performance marketing within iGaming, Sportsbook or high-performance digital marketing.Experience of the Australian iGaming market.Strong Meta Ads and Google Ads experience.Experience managing six-figure monthly budgets.Strong analytical mindset.Experience with GA4, Looker Studio or Power BI.Excellent understanding of acquisition economics.
