At Lebesgue, we help eCommerce brands grow smarter through data, strategy, and execution. We combine our in-house AI analytics platform with a team of performance marketing experts who work directly with eCommerce brands across the US and Europe.As more brands start using Lebesgue, we're expanding our Enterprise team and hiring multiple Performance Marketing Managers across junior, mid, and senior levels. Less than a year ago, our team had 5 people. Today, we're a team of 13 and still growing quickly.If you're looking for a place where you can learn fast, take ownership, and grow alongside the company, we'd love to meet you.What You'll Be DoingManaging and optimizing Google Ads and/or Meta Ads campaignsAnalyzing performance across channels and identifying growth opportunitiesWorking directly with customers through weekly or bi-weekly callsPresenting recommendations and marketing insightsConducting audits for potential Enterprise customersUsing the Lebesgue platform to analyze competitors, benchmarks, attribution, and performance trendsCollaborating with our product team and helping shape future product developmentThis role goes beyond campaign management. A big part of the job is understanding why a business is growing and what actions will help it grow further.Who We're Looking ForYou might be a great fit if you:Have hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platformsUnderstand how advertising impacts eCommerce performanceEnjoy working with data and solving problemsFeel comfortable presenting ideas and recommendations to customersHave strong written and spoken EnglishTake ownership and enjoy learningExperience with TikTok Ads, Amazon Ads, Klaviyo, attribution platforms, agencies, or eCommerce brands is a plus, but not required. We're hiring across multiple experience levels, so don't worry if you don't meet every requirement perfectly.What Makes This Role DifferentThis is not a classic agency role. You'll work with eCommerce brands, primarily from the US, while using our own AI analytics platform to understand performance in more depth. Along the way, you'll see different business models, markets, growth challenges, and approaches to scaling.You'll also have a direct impact on our product.
