Performance Marketing ManagerNew York, NY | $115,000-$125,000 salary + bonusSchedule: 100% Onsite | Monday-FridayLocation: New York CityAbout the OpportunityWe’re partnering with a fast-growing high-fashion consumer brand with a strong eCommerce, retail, and lifestyle presence. This company is known for its premium product, strong brand identity, loyal customer base, and continued growth across digital, retail, and wholesale channels.They’re seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid media strategy, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across key digital channels. This role is ideal for someone coming from a DTC, luxury, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, eyewear, or premium retail brand who understands how to drive profitable growth while protecting brand quality.This is not a back-office marketing role. You’ll be managing real budgets, owning campaign performance, working closely with creative and brand teams, and helping scale a growing consumer business from the inside.What You’ll Be DoingOwn and manage paid media strategy across channels including Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Bing, Reddit, and other paid platforms.Drive customer acquisition, conversion, revenue growth, and eCommerce performance through paid search, paid social, display, video, and direct-response campaigns.Manage paid media budgets, campaign pacing, testing, optimization, and reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.Analyze key KPIs including ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, traffic quality, customer growth, and revenue impact.Partner with analytics and finance teams to improve budget allocation, channel mix, and overall media efficiency.Collaborate with creative, brand, CRM, social, influencer, and retail teams to launch campaigns that are both performance-driven and brand-right.Support paid media campaigns tied to online sales, retail traffic, events, product launches, sample sales, and new market awareness.Manage and optimize affiliate marketing in partnership with influencer and brand teams.Build and manage a testing pipeline across creative, messaging, audiences, landing pages, channels, and budget strategies.Turn campaign data into clear insights, trends, and recommendations for leadership.Monitor competitor activity, search trends, social trends, and market opportunities to identify new growth channels.What They’re Looking For4+ years of DTC digital marketing or performance marketing experience.Direct experience managing paid media for an eCommerce, retail, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, eyewear, or premium consumer brand.Strong hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, TikTok, Pinterest, and paid social/search platforms.Experience managing paid search, paid social, display, video, and customer acquisition campaigns.Proven experience working with multi-million-dollar media budgets.Strong understanding of paid media KPIs, attribution, testing, reporting, and budget optimization.Ability to balance analytical thinking with creative brand storytelling.Experience with affiliate marketing, creator platforms, or influencer-supported performance campaigns is a plus.Strong Excel, reporting, dashboarding, and data interpretation skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where priorities can shift quickly.Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with creative, brand, CRM, retail, finance, and leadership teams.Must be comfortable working 100% onsite in New York City.Why You’ll Love It ThereYou’ll join a growing consumer brand with a strong identity, creative culture, and real momentum.
