Performance Marketing Manager

About UsJoin Newsphone SA, a company with established digital brands and platforms across local search, digital marketing, real estate, and passenger shipping, including Vrisko.gr, Vrisko Digital, Landea.gr and Levante Ferries.We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team and take ownership of the digital marketing activities for selected projects. The role combines strategy, hands-on execution, and cross-functional collaboration, with a strong focus on growth, performance, and continuous optimization. Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the digital marketing strategy and execution for assigned projects.Plan and manage campaigns across paid media, social media, email marketing and other relevant digital channels.Work closely with Marketing, Content, Design, Sales and Development teams, as well as external partners, to deliver against project objectives.Manage Social Media presence and content planning in collaboration with internal teams.Use data and performance insights to identify opportunities and optimize results.Qualifications4–5 years of experience in Performance / Digital Marketing, ideally with ownership of digital projects or campaigns.Strong hands-on experience across paid media, social media and email marketing, including platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Relevant university degree and excellent command of English.
