Digital Advertising Assistant Responsibilities: Assist in managing advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media platforms. Support the development and execution of data-driven strategies to improve campaign performance and maximize ROI. Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights. Assist with A/B testing initiatives and contribute to the optimization of campaigns, funnels, and creatives. Support budget management across multiple advertising accounts. Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices. Collaborate closely with the creative, content, and marketing teams. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or advertising campaigns. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other paid media platforms. Basic understanding of campaign optimization and performance metrics (CPA, CTR, ROAS). Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and prepare performance reports. Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English (written and verbal). Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. Performance Marketing Manager Responsibilities:Lead the overall performance marketing strategy across all paid channels. Own and drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies. Lead, manage, and scale advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media platforms. Analyze campaign and business performance data to identify growth opportunities and optimize results. Oversee budget planning, forecasting, and allocation to maximize ROI. Align performance marketing initiatives with overall business goals. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Product, Sales, and Marketing. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices. Requirements:4+ years of experience in performance marketing or a similar role. Extensive experience managing and scaling advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media platforms. Proven track record of managing high-budget campaigns and delivering measurable business results. Strong experience with data analysis, reporting tools, dashboards, and performance tracking. Excellent command of both Greek and English (written and verbal). Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus). Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset.
