This role will own our paid acquisition strategy across Meta and other mobile growth channels, while partnering closely with product, design, and leadership teams to optimize the user journey from acquisition through conversion and retention.The ideal candidate has experience scaling consumer mobile applications, understands subscription-based business models, and can combine analytical decision-making with creative experimentation.What You Will OwnUser acquisition strategy and execution across Meta Ads and other relevant channelsGrowth initiatives focused on increasing app downloads, subscriptions, and revenueCreative testing roadmap, including messaging, hooks, audiences, and ad conceptsPerformance reporting, KPI tracking, and growth recommendationsBudget allocation and optimization to maximize ROAS and profitabilityApp Store conversion optimization and acquisition funnel performanceExperimentation framework for testing and scaling successful campaignsWhat You Will DoPlan, launch, manage, and optimize paid acquisition campaignsAnalyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for growthMonitor and improve key metrics including CAC, CPI, ROAS, LTV, retention, and conversion ratesPartner with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and messagingConduct audience research and competitive analysisBuild weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insightsRecommend improvements across acquisition, onboarding, and conversion funnelsIdentify new growth opportunities and channels to scale revenueWhat We're Looking For3+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or user acquisitionProven experience growing consumer mobile appsStrong expertise with Meta Ads ManagerDeep understanding of mobile growth metrics including CAC, CPI, ROAS, LTV, retention, and subscription conversionExperience with A/B testing and creative optimizationAbility to work independently and make data-driven decisionsStrong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skillsNice to HaveExperience with AI, productivity, SaaS, or subscription-based mobile applicationsFamiliarity with App Store Optimization (ASO)Experience with AppsFlyer, Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar analytics toolsExperience scaling mobile app revenue through paid acquisitionSuccess in This RoleIncrease profitable user acquisition and subscription growthImprove conversion rates across the acquisition funnelEstablish a repeatable and scalable growth engineDeliver measurable improvements in revenue, ROAS, and customer acquisition efficiency
