The company partners with interior designers, retailers, and homeowners who value modern style paired with American manufacturing excellence.Role Description The Product Marketing Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Conover, NC, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for developing and executing product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for Blue Furniture Co’s upholstered furniture lines. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and competitive research, collaborating with product management on new product development, and creating marketing collateral that supports sales and showcases product features and benefits. The Product Marketing Manager will work closely with sales teams, interior designer partners, and retail channels to drive product adoption, gather feedback, and refine strategies. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, managing product launches, and ensuring brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.Qualifications Strong market research and competitive analysis skills to understand customer needs and industry trends.Experience developing and implementing go-to-market strategy and product marketing plans.Background in product management and cross-functional collaboration with design, operations, and sales teams.Sales enablement experience, including creating tools, presentations, and training to support sales effectiveness.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical product details into clear value propositions.Proficiency in data analysis and use of marketing and CRM tools to track performance and inform decisions.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience in furniture, home goods, or luxury consumer products is beneficial.Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
