This role will play a critical part in shaping how new products and software solutions are positioned, launched, and adopted in the marketplace.POSITION SUMMARYThe Product Marketing Manager (PMM) will work closely with Product Management and Sales to translate technical capabilities into compelling, benefits-driven messaging. The PMM will lead product positioning, competitive analysis, and go-to-market strategies, ensuring successful product launches and strong sales enablement. This role is ideal for a skilled marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and has a proven track record of driving growth through effective product marketing.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESCollaborate with Product Management on product launches and release updatesBuild and execute go-to-market strategies, including messaging and collateral developmentDevelop product positioning, value propositions, and competitive analysisPartner with Sales to gather market intelligence and support customer acquisitionCreate tools and materials to drive sales enablement and pipeline growthDirect agency partners on content for campaigns, social, SEO, PPC, and lead nurture effortsPartner closely with an internal integrated/creative marketing team to bring campaign strategy to lifeSupport broader digital transformation initiatives, including consolidation toward a unified web presenceMaintain regular cadence with assigned Product Managers, including participation in new product development discussions to stay aligned on roadmap and launch timingQUALIFICATIONS5–7 years of product marketing experience, with at least 3 years leading new product introductionsBachelor's degree required (Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred)Demonstrated expertise in commercial storytelling, copywriting, and digital campaignsExperience with project management and marketing platforms (e.g., Asana, LeanKit, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud) preferredComfort operating across both traditional/legacy product audiences and more technical, detail-oriented stakeholders is a plusBENEFITSOur client provides a competitive salary and benefits package, including:Medical and dental insurance401(k) with company matchEmployee Stock Purchase PlanShort- and long-term disabilityLife insurance and supplemental benefitsPaid vacation and tuition reimbursement
