Instead of forcing you to change how you work to fit a rigid system, Quickbase adapts to your workflows—so you can eliminate manual workarounds, reduce errors, and get real-time visibility across your operations.Quickbase is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help bring our platform innovations to market through compelling positioning, impactful product launches, and strong go-to-market execution. In this role, you'll partner closely with Product Management and Engineering teams to understand what we're building, why it matters, and how to communicate its value to customers. You'll help shape product messaging, launch new capabilities, enable go-to-market teams, and drive adoption across the Quickbase platform.What You’ll Be DoingProduct Launches & Go-to-Market ExecutionLead launches for new platform capabilities, AI innovations, workflow automation features, integrations, and other strategic product initiatives. Partner with Product Management and Engineering throughout the product development lifecycle to develop launch strategies, customer communications, and adoption plans. Measure launch performance and continuously improve launch effectiveness and product adoption. Positioning & MessagingDevelop positioning and messaging that translates technical capabilities into clear customer value and business outcomes. Ensure messaging is consistent across marketing, sales, customer success, and product experiences. Refine messaging based on customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights. Sales Enablement & Market InsightsCreate enablement materials and resources that help Sales and Customer Success communicate product value effectively. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics to strengthen go-to-market strategies. Cross-Functional CollaborationServe as the primary marketing partner for assigned product areas. Build strong relationships with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing stakeholders. Drive alignment across multiple concurrent initiatives while balancing competing priorities. Help establish repeatable launch and communication processes that improve execution quality and speed. Skills & Experience You Bring3–6 years of experience in Product Marketing or a related role within a B2B SaaS environment. Experience launching software products, platform capabilities, or technical solutions. Strong ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into clear, customer-focused messaging. Experience developing positioning, messaging, launch strategies, and sales enablement content. Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.
