We’re looking for a strategic + hands-on brand builder who can scale awareness while tying everything back to real business impact.

You’ll thrive here if you:

🏨 Have experience growing multi location or service based brands, ideally in high growth or PE backed environments

💙 Can hands-on build social channels from the ground up across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, and drive key awareness and engagement metrics

💯 Enjoy owning content creation and storytelling day to day (using Canva and other content creation social tools / apps)

😊 Know how to develop messaging and multi-channel campaigns for B2B healthcare audiences such as veterinarians, doctors, or dentists.

👏 Are fluent in connecting creative work to measurable KP Is and thrive in creating executive level shareouts

This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing and talent acquisition.

You’ll stand out if you:

💯 Bring strong digital marketing fundamentals including campaign optimization, analytics, or SEO

📶 Have experience in recruitment marketing or transferable digital, performance marketing skills

📊 Can lead and execute job board strategies across LinkedIn, Indeed, i Hire, and niche veterinary boards

👍 Enjoy optimizing for performance including visibility, CTR, search rankings, and application conversion rates

✨ Please submit case studies or work samples of your hands-on experience in digital marketing + recruitment marketing and tie to performance metrics. Please explain your role in each campaign.
