Regional Marketing Manager

A growing multifamily owner/operator is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to support the marketing strategy and performance of a large apartment portfolio. This individual will partner closely with operations leadership and onsite teams to drive occupancy, lead generation, resident retention, and brand awareness across multiple markets.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute property-level and portfolio-wide marketing strategiesPartner with Regional Managers and onsite teams to improve leasing performance and occupancyAnalyze campaign performance, lead sources, conversion metrics, and market trendsOversee digital marketing initiatives, including ILS management, SEO, PPC, social media, and reputation managementSupport lease-ups, rebranding efforts, and new property transitionsManage relationships with marketing vendors, agencies, and technology partnersTrain and mentor onsite teams on marketing best practices and leasing initiativesTravel regularly to properties throughout the portfolio as neededQualifications3+ years of multifamily marketing experienceExperience supporting a portfolio of 5,000+ apartment units requiredStrong understanding of multifamily operations, leasing, and digital marketing strategiesExperience with lease-ups, reputation management, and lead generation campaigns preferredExcellent analytical, communication, and project management skillsWillingness to travel as neededCompensation: up to $105,000 base (DOE) + bonusThis is an excellent opportunity to join a growing platform and play a key role in shaping the marketing strategy and performance of a large multifamily portfolio.Benefits information:Benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement, and PTOEqual Employment Opportunity Statement: Noor Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
