Want to be part of it?About The RoleWe’re looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to own marketing execution across the DACH and Benelux markets. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role where you’ll translate global strategy into market‑relevant programmes that generate pipeline, accelerate sales, and support revenue growth.You’ll be the marketing lead for the region, working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing. You’ll run integrated demand generation campaigns, account‑based marketing programmes, and flagship regional events — all with clear accountability for pipeline contribution.What You’ll DoRegional demand generationPlan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, ABM, events, webinars, and paid mediaTranslate global campaigns into local, market‑relevant programmes for DACH and BeneluxGenerate qualified pipeline aligned to regional sales targetsSales alignment & pipeline accelerationPartner closely with regional Sales leadership, AEs and BDRsAlign on target accounts, territories and prioritiesRun marketing plays that move opportunities through the funnel and shorten sales cyclesAccount based marketing (ABM)Deliver ABM programmes for strategic enterprise and key accountsCoordinate personalised content, intent signals, sales plays and executive engagementSupport both new logo acquisition and expansion within existing accountsEvents & field marketingOwn regional flagship events, trade shows, executive roundtables and partner eventsManage events end‑to‑end, from planning and execution to follow‑up and pipeline trackingSupport customer advocacy through case studies, references and speaker programmesLocalisation & regional contentAdapt global messaging and content to local languages, markets and buyer personasManage localisation and translation workflowsEnsure regional marketing assets and web content are high‑quality and on‑brandPerformance, reporting & budgetOwn regional marketing performance, reporting and forecastingTrack pipeline contribution and campaign impact using Salesforce and dashboardsManage the regional marketing budget with clear ROI focusWhat We’re Looking ForMust have:5+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS marketing, including regional, field or demand generation rolesProven experience delivering integrated, multi‑channel campaigns tied to pipeline and revenueStrong hands‑on experience with Salesforce CRM and a marketing automation platform (e.g. Marketo, SFMC, Pardot, HubSpot)Confident working closely with Sales leaders and revenue teamsStrong analytical mindset — comfortable with metrics, dashboards and performance reportingFluent English and German (both required)Nice to have: Experience with ABM, paid media, webinars and field marketingExposure to automotive, dealer, franchise or complex B2B ecosystemsExperience with modern revenue marketing models and attributionDutch and/or French language skillsWhy join us?We’re on a journey to become market leaders in our space - and with that comes some incredible opportunities.
