Marketing Specialist – MedTech | Wound Care & Regenerative MedicineWe are seeking an ambitious and commercially focused Marketing Specialist to join a growing team within the medical technology (MedTech) sector, specialising in advanced wound care and regenerative medicine solutions.This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative organisation with a strong track record of successful product launches and market adoption of next-generation healthcare technologies. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting continued growth by developing impactful marketing strategies, generating new business opportunities, and enabling sales teams to effectively engage with healthcare professionals and customers.The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare innovation, combining creativity, market insight, and analytical thinking to deliver campaigns that create measurable commercial impact. Working closely with sales teams and internal stakeholders, you will act as a strategic business partner, helping to drive awareness, adoption, and growth within the wound care and regenerative medicine markets.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute marketing strategies that support commercial objectives and sales growth within the MedTech and regenerative medicine space.Conduct market research and provide sales teams with competitive intelligence, customer insights, and industry trends.Create compelling marketing resources, sales enablement materials, and digital content to support successful customer engagement.Plan and deliver marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support new product launches.Identify target audiences, market opportunities, and potential customers through data-driven marketing initiatives.Work closely with sales teams to understand customer needs and commercial goals, acting as a trusted business partner.Analyse campaign performance, measure ROI, and communicate outcomes through key metrics and deliverables.Support the launch and promotion of innovative wound care and regenerative medicine technologies.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related discipline.Experience in marketing, preferably within MedTech, medical devices, healthcare, biotechnology, or life sciences.Experience supporting product launches, campaigns, or commercial growth initiatives.Strong creative, analytical, communication, and project management skills.Ability to understand and communicate complex healthcare technologies and clinical benefits.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital marketing platforms.If you are passionate about healthcare innovation and want to help bring transformative wound care and regenerative medicine solutions to market, please get in touch.
