Sales Marketing Manager

Our client, a leading fintech provider, is hiring a Sales Marketing Manager!*This is a 1 year W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays!*In this role, you will craft persuasive sales emails and call scripts that convert marketing leads into qualified sales opportunities. You’ll also collaborate with sales teams to execute multi‑channel campaigns across email, phone, and LinkedIn, driving engagement and measurable growth.Responsibilities:Write conversion copy crafting full‑sentence sales emails and call scripts that move prospects from MQL to SQL.Execute outreach campaigns running coordinated email, phone, and LinkedIn touches with clear value props and CTAs.Create sales briefs building complete “what to know, what to do, what to say” guides for each campaign.Requirements:1 year of experience in marketing or sales.Sales tools knowledge like Salesforce or Outreach.Strong writing for emails and call scripts.Motion Recruitment Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/vets.
