As we continue to accelerate robotic adoption across EMEA, we are looking for an experienced marketing leader to shape the future of one of our fastest-growing strategic platforms.This is a highly visible leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in complex international environments and enjoys bringing people together around a shared commercial vision.Joint Replacement: Joint replacement | StrykerWhat You'll DoAs Senior Brand Marketing Manager, Mako EMEA, you will be responsible for defining and executing the regional brand strategy that drives adoption, customer engagement and long-term portfolio growth.Working across Europe and in close partnership with Global Marketing, Product Management, Sales Leadership and local marketing teams, you will ensure Mako remains at the centre of our Joint Replacement growth strategy.You will:Develop and execute the long-term EMEA Mako brand strategyIntegrate Mako into annual marketing plans across the Knee and Hip portfoliosLead pan-EMEA marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiativesPartner with US upstream and downstream marketing teams to align global and regional prioritiesBuild strong relationships with local marketing teams, commercial leaders and key opinion leadersDevelop scalable marketing assets and programmes that can be localised across EuropeSupport product lifecycle management, launches and portfolio growth initiativesAnalyse market performance and identify opportunities to accelerate growthMentor and develop Brand Marketing team membersInfluence senior stakeholders across multiple business units within a complex matrix organisationWho We're Looking ForYou are an experienced marketing leader with the credibility to influence senior stakeholders across functions, countries and business units.You bring:Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)10+ years of professional experienceSignificant experience within medical devicesStrong background in Capital Equipment and/or Robotics marketing or commercial rolesPrevious people leadership experienceExcellent stakeholder management and influencing skillsStrong commercial acumen and strategic thinkingExperience working successfully in complex international matrix organisationsFluent English communication skillsWhy this role?This is more than a marketing leadership position.You'll play a central role in shaping the future of robotic surgery across EMEA, influencing commercial strategy, partnering with global teams, and helping drive the continued growth of one of Stryker's most important strategic platforms.Netherlands Pay Ranges:Netherlands: €83.100 - €154.400 EUR AnnualAt Stryker, we believe transparency helps candidates make confident decisions about their next career step.
