Senior Field Marketing Manager

We are looking for Senior Field Marketing Manager to join our Solution Design team and support sales pipeline growth and strengthening Körber Supply Chain Automation’s brand awareness across the EMEA region.You will work closely with Sales, Product Management, and Global Marketing teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, events, and go-to-market initiatives tailored to regional market needs.Your role in our teamYou will plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channelsYou will support demand generation activities and contribute to pipeline growthYou will organize and coordinate trade fairs, conferences, webinars, and customer eventsYou will develop marketing content such as articles, case studies, campaign assets, and social media contentYou will adapt global marketing initiatives and value propositions to regional marketsYou will collaborate with Sales teams to identify customer needs, buyer personas, and market opportunitiesYou will support new product and solution launches together with Product Management and R&D teamsYou will monitor and analyse campaign performance, lead generation metrics, and marketing impactYou will manage regional marketing calendars, suppliers, budgets, and operational processesYou will ensure branding consistency across presentations, templates, and communication materialsYour profileBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field5–10 years of experience in B2B Marketing, Digital Marketing, or similar rolesExperience with campaign management, demand generation, and event organizationKnowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce CRM, Office365, Canva, Adobe Creative tools, or similar platformsStrong communication and content creation skillsFluent in English and PortugueseSpanish or French is a plusStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAutonomous, proactive, and customer-oriented mindsetAbility to work in an international and multicultural environmentYour working environment at KörberAt the heart of every solution, every success, is a team of dedicated professionals willing to help each other while bringing creativity and energy to every project.
