Apply nowFor our client, we are seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a technology-driven environment.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $155,000 – $165,000 annuallyResponsibilities Architect and execute a full-funnel growth strategy for sustainable demand generation Own customer lifecycle optimization from acquisition to expansion Design persona-based campaigns addressing specific prospective customer needs Manage targeted marketing efforts to enhance product adoption and drive upsell opportunities Leverage AI at every funnel stage for segmentation, acceleration, and optimization efforts Develop a sophisticated email marketing engine for both prospects and existing customers Foster a culture of continuous improvement through data analysis and performance optimization Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment in growth initiatives and customer experienceQualifications 5+ years of demand generation or growth marketing experience, ideally in cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field Hands-on experience with AI tools for improved marketing processes Ability to create messages that resonate with technical audiences (CTI, SOC, OSINT) Proven success in building and scaling full-funnel marketing programs affecting retention and expansion Expertise in modern B2B marketing tech stack (e.g., GA4, Salesforce, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) Strong analytical skills with a focus on marketing attribution and data-driven decision makingBenefits Flexible time off Competitive benefits package Discretionary bonus scheme Stock options availableOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
