Senior Influencer and Marketing Manager

Location: Hybrid - Malta (3 days per week in office) or Remote from EuropeReporting to Head of MarketingYour missionOwn influencer marketing end-to-end - from sourcing and negotiating deals to managing contracts and ongoing talent relationshipsBuild and execute social media and influencer campaigns across Facebook, Meta, and other key platformsManage campaign budgets and track ROI, using engagement, views, and click-rate data to optimize performanceBring creative, outside-the-box thinking to campaign strategy in a fast-moving, evolving industryAct as a well-rounded marketing presence for the business, contributing beyond influencer marketing where neededStay ahead of regulatory shifts affecting influencer marketing (e.g. evolving rules around crypto and trading-related promotion) and adapt sourcing strategy accordinglyWhat You Bring3+ years of experience in influencer management, ideally within Forex, crypto, day trading, or similar fast-paced consumer industriesSolid grasp of Facebook/Meta and core marketing metrics (engagement, views, click-through rate)A creative, resourceful approach to problem-solving and campaign designStrong communication skills with an easy-going, professional demeanor - someone who builds real rapport with talent and internal teams alikeA varied CV showing adaptability across different markets or business contextsEstablished network within AU, NZ, or US markets is a strong plusWhat's in it for you?✨ Be with a team that builds the momentum that moves the industry.
