We value builders who can create structure where there is none, align cross-functional teams, and consistently bring campaigns to market with speed and excellence.About the RoleThe Senior Manager, Campaign Marketing is responsible for leading the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across the Levels portfolio. Reporting into the Brand organization, this role partners closely with Brand, Creative, Social Media, Performance Marketing, Retail Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Sales, Product Development, Product Commercialization, and Customer Experience to bring campaigns to life across every consumer touchpoint. This is not a brand strategy role. This is an execution leadership role. You'll own campaign planning, integrated marketing calendars, cross-functional coordination, launch readiness, timelines, and execution across major product launches, retail promotions, seasonal campaigns, partnerships, and brand initiatives. The ideal candidate has successfully managed campaigns inside a high-growth consumer packaged goods company and understands the pace, complexity, and operational discipline required to execute across DTC, Amazon, and national retail.ResponsibilitiesIntegrated Campaign Management Lead integrated marketing campaigns from planning through execution.Build campaign plans, timelines, milestones, and launch calendars.Coordinate campaign execution across every marketing channel.Ensure campaigns launch on time, on budget, and on brand.Translate business priorities into executable marketing programs.Manage campaign dependencies across multiple departments.Product Launch Campaigns Partner with Product Development and Product Commercialization to support new product launches.Coordinate marketing readiness for new products.Build launch calendars and marketing deliverables.Align creative, retail, digital, influencer, PR, and sales support.Ensure campaign execution supports commercial launch timing.Help coordinate launch assets across every channel.Retail Marketing Programs Support omnichannel retail initiatives across major customers. Examples include:CostcoWalmartTargetAmazonDTCResponsibilities include:Promotional campaignsRetail support assetsMerchandising initiativesShopper marketing programsSeasonal retail activationsNew retailer launchesCross-Functional LeadershipServe as the connective tissue across the marketing organization.Partner closely with:BrandCreativeSocial MediaPerformance MarketingInfluencer MarketingRetail MarketingProduct DevelopmentProduct CommercializationSalesCustomer ExperienceFinanceManage priorities, timelines, dependencies, and communication to keep campaigns moving.Campaign Operations Build operational excellence across campaign execution.Maintain campaign calendars.Build project plans and workflows.Track deliverables.Manage launch checklists.Identify risks before they become problems.Improve campaign processes over time.Conduct post-launch reviews and capture learnings.Activations & Partnerships Support execution of:Trade showsRetail eventsSampling initiativesPartnershipsSponsorshipsBrand activationsExperiential marketingCoordinate vendors, agencies, internal teams, logistics, timelines, and deliverables.Content & Creative Execution Partner closely with Creative and Brand teams.Develop creative briefs.Coordinate campaign asset development.Ensure deliverables meet deadlines.Maintain consistency across all consumer touchpoints.Support photoshoots and content production when needed.Marketing Operations Help improve how the marketing organization operates.Build better planning processes.Improve campaign workflows.Standardize launch documentation.Create reporting dashboards.Improve communication between teams.Increase organizational efficiency.Qualifications7+ years of progressive marketing experience with increasing responsibility.Minimum of 5 years working within consumer packaged goods, preferably Food & Beverage, Sports Nutrition, Dietary Supplements, Functional Foods, Functional Beverages, or closely related consumer product categories.Demonstrated experience managing integrated marketing campaigns from planning through execution.Experience launching new consumer products across multiple marketing channels.Experience supporting omnichannel businesses across DTC, Amazon, and national retail.
