FASHIONGO is part of NHN Global.TeamMarketingResponsibilitiesTake a proactive approach in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies from start to finish, including ideation, identifying target audience, creative development, execution/launch, and optimization.Strategizing and crafting a comprehensive marketing plan for product launches and product optimization/revamp.Strong communicator and a writer who can craft key messaging from the product value propositions to create compelling narratives.Gain a deep understanding of our business model and our clients' needs to tailor marketing efforts.Develop creative decks, particularly messaging decks, outlining key messages and communication strategies for product campaigns.Collaborate with international stakeholders to align marketing strategies and ensure brand consistency.Analyze performance data and convert actionable insights into strategies for future campaigns.QualificationsAt least 8+ years of professional experience in marketing, product growth + performance marketing preferred.At least 6+ years of experience in paid media or ad operations (eg Google Ads, Meta Ads).At least 6+ experience managing social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest) and content creation.Experience with digital behavioral analytical platforms (e.g., Heap).Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Strong ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and excellent time management skills.Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.Preferred QualificationsProduct marketing experience in the e-commerce industry, with the ability to bring fresh perspectives to product campaigns.Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).A strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.Experience in crafting growth marketing campaigns.BenefitsAnnual incentive bonusMedical/Dental/Vision coverage for the employee and their dependent families (0% deduction)401(k)Life insuranceAccidental Death & Dismemberment coverageLong-term disability benefitsHealth & Dependent Care FSAPTO – 15days for the 1st year (+1day every year).
