WHAT YOU'LL DO

As Senior Marketing Manager, Localization, you will own the strategy and execution of localized marketing programs that drive pipeline and engagement across our key international markets. You will serve as the connective tissue between global marketing, web, growth, and marketing ops - ensuring that localized experiences are high-quality, on-brand, and measurably effective.

The ideal candidate brings a strong marketing foundation, deep experience with localization workflows and tooling, and a data-driven mindset that turns performance insights into clear action plans. You are energized by the challenge of scaling global campaigns for local audiences - and excited about how AI can accelerate and elevate that work.

In this role, you will:

  • Own the end-to-end localization strategy for the website and marketing journeys across priority markets, including web pages, email programs, and content
  • Partner cross-functionally with Web, Growth, Marketing Ops, and Content to manage localization as a core part of campaign and product launch workflows
  • Drive the adoption of AI-assisted translation tooling across marketing programs while maintaining strict quality and consistency standards
  • Define and track the metrics that matter - from top-of-funnel engagement (traffic, views, email clicks) to downstream business impact (NNLs, MQLs, pipeline) - and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders
  • Develop optimization recommendations grounded in data; build action plans and drive execution with cross-functional partners
  • Actively explore and implement new AI-powered tools and workflows to improve localization efficiency, content quality, and speed to market in partnership with Growth
  • Build strong partnerships with regional marketing teams to align localized programs with global campaign strategy

WHO YOU ARE

  • 6+ years of experience in marketing, with meaningful experience in localization, international campaigns, or regional marketing; B2B SaaS experience strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects from brief through launch - including working with web, engineering, and marketing ops stakeholders
  • You have a strong point of view on where AI translation is genuinely good enough for top-of-funnel marketing content, and where human review is non-negotiable to protect the brand
  • Hands-on experience with TMS platforms such as Phrase, Smartling, or similar; familiarity with localization vendor management and QA workflows
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect engagement metrics and funnel data to actionable insights and business recommendations
  • Experience measuring and reporting on both top-of-funnel metrics (traffic, views, email engagement) and bottom-of-funnel metrics (NNLs, MQLs, pipeline contribution)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills; comfortable presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global environment and working across time zones with distributed teams
