In our lean, agile, and increasingly AI-native organization, you will enjoy a high degree of ownership, autonomy, and impact while collaborating with experts around the globe.Your Responsibilities:Define and own the regional marketing strategy for DACH, translating global direction, market insight, and industry trends into a clear regional plan, positioning, and set of priorities that drive sustainable, long-term growth.Shape and continuously evolve the go-to-market approach for DACH, turning market opportunities and customer challenges into a coherent strategy, and into measurable growth.Own the regional marketing strategy, plan, campaign portfolio, and budget, making deliberate investment choices by pipeline impact and ROI.Develop the regional positioning and messaging for our target industries and personas, in close alignment with Business Unit and Global Marketing.Steer end-to-end demand generation across events, roundtables, webinars, ABM, digital, and partner programs to build a measurable pipeline.Act as a strategic marketing partner to regional Sales and Delivery leadership, connecting market demand with delivery capabilities and aligning on account and industry priorities.Use AI-powered tools and data to inform strategic decisions and improve lead quality, funnel conversion, and marketing impact.Represent iC Consult at industry events and partner activities, strengthening brand visibility and market positioning across Central Europe.Your Experience:Degree in marketing, business, or communications, or equivalent hands-on experience.Several years in B2B marketing, field marketing, demand generation, growth marketing, or go-to-market roles, with a proven record of translating strategy into measurable pipeline and growth.Hands-on experience with events, ABM, demand generation, partner marketing, and multi-channel campaigns.Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with KPIs, CRM systems, and marketing performance data.Experience using AI tools to boost marketing effectiveness; background in tech, cybersecurity, consulting, or SaaS a plus.Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management; fluent German and English (C1).What we offer:30 days of vacation as well as a flextime model and the option to work from your home office, promoting your life balanceHigh-quality equipment of your choice including company mobile phone – whether Apple or Windows, you decide which top equipment you prefer to work withiC Consult University – our comprehensive onboarding program accompanies you on your individual induction path with training modules, mentoring programs and events and a 3-day onsite bootcamp for your new start with us, in which you will be trained around representing iC Consult and IAMThrough our iC Consult Academy you have access to internal and external trainings tailored to your needs – 10 days a year are dedicated to your personal and professional developmentFurther Benefits like a personal coach, language training platforms, company car program, the JobRad bicycle leasing scheme, mobility support (Deutschlandticket), a company sports membership and employee discounts on products and services from well-known suppliersRegular team and company events in a relaxed atmosphere to strengthen the corporate climateA workplace with flat hierarchies, short decision-making paths, and a high degree of personal responsibility, providing substantial decision-making freedomApply now and become part of our team!If you have any questions, we’re always here for you and look forward to getting in touch.
