The role is hybrid, available in Poland with Poznań and Warsaw as preferred locations. You will join a well established Motors Marketing team that manages all marketing activities for two brands: OTOMOTO and OLX Motors categories (all categories: cars and motorcycles, EV, parts, heavy machinery, financing and other automotive related services). As we work across multiple markets in Europe, you will be required to align communication plans & campaigns across countries, to ensure consistency, timing & impact.
You will own and drive integrated B2B and B2C marketing strategies that keep our brands top of mind in the automotive industry, deliver value campaigns & messaging to strengthen customer relationships & perception, and directly influence commercial outcomes.
You’ll work at the intersection of brand, product, sales, and data, translating business strategy into compelling go-to-market plans, campaigns, and activations that deliver measurable impact.
This role assumes working on B2B brand level with our business partners and business customers, from small family-owned dealerships to big corporate clients and OEMs.
You will set & drive the B2B communication strategy for all segments: from brand management, product launches, sales collateral, case studies, sales activations, events, social media, PR, ATL, content, CRM, performance marketing and more. All of it in alignment with respective channel leaders and dedicated in-house specialized teams (CRM, performance, SEO).
You will assess impact through key business metrics & research methodologies measuring important brand loyalty & satisfaction KPIs
External communication would be mostly in Polish, however for effective internal communication, excellent command of the English language is essential in both written & verbal forms.
You will report directly to the Senior Head of Marketing PL Motors. The role requires some travelling including B2B events, business client meetings or marketing production (i.e. video shoots).
Finally, you will join a team developing the leading automotive classifieds platform in Poland for almost 20 years - OTOMOTO, and as we believe mobility is the basic right for everyone - you’ll be a part of making it happen every day.
