With ambitious international growth plans and significant investment in product and marketing, this is an opportunity to shape the next stage of the company's success.We're looking for a Growth Marketing expert who thrives on experimentation, scaling acquisition, and turning data into sustainable growth.Your MissionOwn the strategy and execution of paid user acquisition across multiple digital channels.Identify new growth opportunities through experimentation, testing, and continuous optimization.Improve acquisition funnels, conversion rates, attribution models, and overall marketing efficiency.Scale existing channels while exploring new opportunities for customer acquisition.Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Analytics, and Leadership to drive measurable business outcomes.Continuously optimize the marketing tech stack, tracking setup, and campaign performance.Take ownership of growth initiatives from idea to execution.What You'll BringSeveral years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or User Acquisition.Experience growing consumer-facing digital products, apps, subscription businesses, or marketplaces.Strong expertise in paid acquisition and data-driven marketing.Hands-on experience with experimentation, attribution, analytics, and conversion optimization.A proactive mindset with the ambition to build, improve, and scale.Excellent communication skills in English.
