General DescriptionJoin a fast-growing international group operating across regulatory advisory, RegTech, compliance technology, and financial services, supporting organizations across the GCC, Africa, and global markets.We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager – Product & Content to lead product marketing, go-to-market (GTM) strategy, positioning, thought leadership, and integrated B2B marketing campaigns across multiple business entities.This role is ideal for a commercially minded B2B marketer who combines strategic product marketing expertise with hands-on campaign execution. You will own how the organization positions its products and services, develops messaging frameworks, launches new offerings, creates high-value content, and supports business development through impactful marketing initiatives.Working closely with executive leadership, product teams, compliance subject matter experts, sales, and growth teams, you will transform complex regulatory and financial services concepts into compelling marketing campaigns that generate pipeline and strengthen market positioning.This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong experience in Product Marketing, SaaS, FinTech, RegTech, Financial Services, Go-to-Market Strategy, Content Marketing, and Integrated B2B Campaigns.This is a Remote opportunity.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Marketing & PositioningDevelop and maintain product positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions across multiple business units.Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP), competitive differentiation, buyer personas, and messaging hierarchy.Build competitive intelligence and battle cards to support business development.Continuously refine positioning based on market trends, customer feedback, and product evolution.Go-to-Market (GTM) StrategyLead end-to-end GTM planning and execution for new product launches and service offerings.Develop launch strategies covering messaging, channels, campaign planning, and marketing assets.Coordinate cross-functional execution with Product, Sales, Growth, and Marketing teams.Measure launch success and continuously optimize GTM performance.Integrated Marketing CampaignsPlan and execute integrated multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns across digital channels, webinars, email marketing, paid media, events, partnerships, and content marketing.Align campaigns with revenue goals and sales priorities.Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend optimization strategies.Thought Leadership & Content StrategyOwn the editorial calendar across multiple brands.Produce and manage high-quality thought leadership, whitepapers, executive content, case studies, blogs, and sales collateral.Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to develop technically accurate, commercially relevant content.Ensure all externally published content aligns with brand messaging and industry regulations.Sales EnablementDevelop presentations, pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, case studies, and other sales enablement materials.Maintain an organized repository of marketing and sales assets.Support Business Development teams with up-to-date collateral and messaging.Stakeholder CollaborationPartner closely with leadership, product managers, compliance specialists, sales, and growth teams.Translate technical and regulatory expertise into engaging marketing initiatives.Build strong relationships across internal teams and external partners.Required ExperienceApproximately 5–8 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within SaaS, FinTech, RegTech, Compliance, or Financial Services.Strong background in Product Marketing, Go-to-Market Strategy, Positioning, and Messaging.Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through execution.Experience creating executive-level thought leadership and long-form content.Strong copywriting and storytelling skills for technical and professional audiences.Experience developing sales enablement materials and marketing collateral.Ability to collaborate with technical subject matter experts and cross-functional teams.Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign effectiveness and business impact.Experience using AI-powered marketing and content creation tools to improve productivity.Familiarity with regulated industries and enterprise B2B marketing environments is highly preferred.Experience within FinTech, RegTech, Compliance Technology, or Financial Services is highly desirable.Portuguese language skills are considered an advantage but are not mandatory.Work SetupRemote (Global)
