We're looking for a senior marketing professional who will shape TBO's regional marketing and PR strategy across Continental Europe. This role is focused on increasing market visibility, building industry relationships, and positioning Marketing as a strategic business partner rather than an execution function.Key ResponsibilitiesRegional Marketing StrategyDevelop and continuously evolve the regional marketing strategy aligned with commercial objectives.Identify growth opportunities across different European markets.Build annual and quarterly regional marketing roadmaps.Recommend marketing priorities based on business needs and market trends.Translate commercial objectives into impactful marketing initiatives.Public Relations & Market VisibilityDevelop and execute a regional PR strategy.Build relationships with travel media, journalists, industry associations and key partners.Identify opportunities to increase TBO visibility across European markets.Prepare press releases, media announcements and external communications.Ensure TBO maintains a consistent and recognizable market presence.Identify speaking opportunities, interviews and industry collaborations.Thought Leadership & Content StrategyDevelop initiatives that position TBO as a thought leader within the travel industry, including:Executive interviewsPodcastsIndustry webinarsPanel discussionsCustomer success storiesExpert articlesMarket insightsVideo contentIndustry reportsMarketing InnovationContinuously identify new opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through:AI toolsAutomationModern content formatsDigital engagementEmerging marketing technologiesCreative campaign conceptsBe proactive in testing new ideas rather than relying solely on established practices.relationships while maintaining clear ownership of the regional marketing direction.Required ExperienceStrong experience in Marketing, PR or Communications.Strong B2B marketing background.Experience within the travel industry is highly preferred.Experience leading regional or international marketing initiatives.Proven experience building PR strategies.Experience working with media and industry partners.Experience creating executive-level communications.Experience developing thought leadership programmes.Experience launching podcasts or similar long-form content initiatives is highly desirable.Technical SkillsStrong understanding of:PR strategyBrand managementDigital marketingLinkedIn strategyContent marketingPodcast productionMarketing analyticsMarketing automationAI-powered marketing toolsCRM marketingMarketing performance measurementExperience with tools such as:Riverside (or equivalent)Canva / Adobe ExpressFigma (basic understanding)ChatGPT and AI productivity toolsLinkedIn Campaign ManagerGoogle AnalyticsPower BI (preferred)Microsoft 365
