We are looking for a Social Media Manager to lead our voice across social platforms for all our verticals.AGORAS · HOUSES · RESTAURANTS · FMCG BRANDS · E-SHOPThis is a role for someone who thrives in complexity, moves fast, thinks creatively and brings their whole self to work. No two days look the same. That is the point.WHO YOU ARE3–5 years' experience in social media or digital content, ideally within hospitality, food or lifestyle brands.Hands-on experience managing Instagram and TikTok, with a clear understanding of what drives engagement on each. Familiarity with Google Analytics is essential.Community management experience.Experience managing external partnerships and collaborations.Organising and managing professional photo and video shoots.Often presence at all Ergon locations for content shoots or on-site coverage.Strong visual storytelling skills. The candidate must have a refined eye for high aesthetics and be able to ensure the consistent implementation of a coherent visual identity across all platforms.
