Social Media Manager

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can build brand, engagement and sales through social media and influencer marketing. You will help create and execute the overall strategy to achieve marketing goals. You will get a chance to work and grow with entrepreneurial Individuals who are at the top of their game. Responsibilities

• Build brand awareness, engagement and sales through different channels of social media
• Drive the company’s social media and influencer marketing strategies
• Create buzz and excitement prior to product launch and continue customer acquisition momentum post launch
• Lead the content framework and strategies for relevant social channels
• Manage a team of content creators to build and deploy effective content
• Conceptualize and execute influence management strategy that helps in demand generation
• Define, create and implement measurement, analytics and reporting framework to assess impact of social media marketing on brand building and sales
• Manage crisis scenarios through social media channels
• Contribute to achieve the overall marketing goals

Qualifications

• 5+ years in social media marketing strategy role
• Strong experience in organizing and managing social media war rooms that build brand engagement and sales
• In depth knowledge of social media management, monitoring and analytics tools
• Good understanding of digital media and SEO
• Experience in leading a team of content creators
• Strong writing skills and ability to conduct internal team training
• Ability to run social media channels effectively in crisis management
